Job Profile:
  • Handling the End to End Recruitment.
  • Screening of CV according to job specification and requirements.
  • Exposure to recruitment/ Induction/ Client Interaction/ Team Handling.
  • Understanding thoroughly the technical manpower requirements of the clients.
  • Accordingly sourcing resumes through various sources like Times job, Naukri, Monster, References etc.
  • Posting Advertisement on Job Portals and using its search machinelike, and
  • Screening, short listing & validating resume as per client requirement.
  • Conducting preliminary interview & sourcing the right profiles co-coordinating with client as well as candidate.
  • Taking feedbacks and actively co-ordinate with client and the candidates.
  • Salary negotiation and finalization of date of joining with candidates as per client request.
  • Preparing MIS and updating record keeping.
  • Ensuring clients complaints/ escalations are handled effectively and efficiently and maintaining smooth relations with all clients.
Roles & Responsibilities for BDE :
  • Plan Business & market strategies.
  • Facilitate institutional and company's tie-ups.
  • Conduct seminars in institutes/companies and give presentations.
  • Meeting with Director and Higher authorities of college & schools.
  • Candidate must be presentable.
  • Good communications skills (written and spoken) along with being articulate.
  • Client Acquisition Activities.
  • Sending emails to CW stores .
  • Contacting and generating Leads for CW campaign
  • Internet Marketing
  • Preparing collaterals
  • Negotiating and Closing business deals with prospect stores of CW Client Retention Activities.
  • Monthly/Bi Monthly Meetings with the Clients
  • Business Reports Interpretation and Evaluation
  • Reporting the Minutes of the business meetings
  • New Service Development

  • Organizing Weekend & Daily Walk-Ins.
  • Able to maintain job postings on the boards
  • Able to arrange the internal technical screening, interview coordination, following up with the updates
  • Able to work end-end process of recruitment and high volume recruiting i.e., Sourcing resumes invarious job portals (Naukri, Times jobs, Monster), Databases.
  • Able to Screen candidates on their experience, skill matrix and matching to the given requirement, byunderstanding of the interest level.
  • Able to maintain job postings on the portals / boards. Groups.
  • Able to handle recruiting potential consultants and ensuring high quality of resumes with being
  • submitted Must be Participative in weekly recruitment meetings, focused on troubleshooting difficult positionsand managing hiring issues.
  • Extremely good in communication skills written and Oral.
  • Good negotiation skills.
